Returns & Exchanges Policy

Every AngieVero piece is handcrafted in extremely limited quantities—typically one or two per design. Because each accessory is made by hand, natural variations in materials, texture, color depth, and hand-finishing are not flaws but signatures of authentic craftsmanship.

Our Policy: We do not accept returns for change of mind, color preference, or natural material characteristics inherent to handcrafted goods.

We Do Offer:

• Exchanges: If you'd like a different style, we're happy to exchange for another item of equal value (subject to availability). Customer covers return shipping; we cover shipping the exchange.
• Store Credit: As an alternative to exchanges, we can issue store credit for future purchases.
• Damage Protection: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos. We'll replace it or issue a full refund. All orders ship with tracking and insurance.

How to Request an Exchange or Report Damage: Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos (if applicable) to angieandvero.varieties@gmail.com. We respond within 48 hours.

Before You Order: We photograph each piece to show its true character. If you need additional photos or have questions about a specific item, please reach out before purchasing.
